The DDCS V4.1 Digital Dream Offline CNC Controller is the latest variation of the popular DDCSV3.1. Stand alone motion controller. Please note that this controller requires two 24v power supplies (minimum 0.5A). This controller comes in a 3-axis or 4-axis option.

Upgrades from the DDCSV3.1:

  • Larger 7 inch screen with better 1024x600 pixel resolution.
  • Second USB Port and added an ethernet port.
  • Can slave the X, Y or Z axis for machines with two motors on an axis.
  • Added a servo spindle option.
  • Added Polar coordinate programming commands and rotation commands, and completed radius compensation commands.
  • Upgrades to the motion algorithm, by machining profile accuracy configuration, makes a long g-code program with short line segments running smoother.
  • Can quickly active the function of start from specified line and start from closest point in few seconds no matter how big the program file is.
  • Improved the simulation function. During the simulation, you can adjust the FRO and observe whether the programming path meets the expectations and check the soft limits. The simulation can be paused, and when the Start key is pressed, the system will continue to simulate from the pause breakpoint.
  • Added individual driver alarm input ports for closed loop drivers.
  • Added cycle encoder for A axis, which is good for unlimited rotation for A axis (4 axis version only).
  • Added the window for analysis prompt.
  • Added more E-stop parameters.
  • 32-Bit speed generator with higher resolution for the speed and acceleration, meaning higher positioning accuracy.
