Shipping

We ship anywhere in South Africa using The Courier Guy.

Free shipping on orders over R1000
R100 flat rate for orders under R1000
Free shipping applies to parcels under 15kg and shorter than 3.2m

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email. Click here to track your parcel.

Delivery times

Order fulfilment: ±1 working day
Courier delivery: 1–3 working days
Aluminium extrusions, 3D Printers and some fasteners may require up to 3 additional working days to prepare.

Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

If you require overnight express shipping, please email sales@cnconline.co.za for a quote.

Collection (Ferndale, Randburg)

Customers may collect orders from our premises in Ferndale, Randburg.

How collection works:

Place your order online.
Select “Collection” as the delivery option at checkout.
We prepare your order.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
Collection is by appointment only.

Want to see a product before purchasing?

As we are primarily an online store, products are not displayed for walk-in browsing.

If you would like to view a specific product before purchasing, please WhatsApp us with the product name or link so we can confirm stock and arrange a viewing appointment.

We are a registered exporter and can ship internationally.
