Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility with their machines or applications before purchasing.

To start a return, contact us at sales@cnconline.co.za. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


Return Shipping

For returns due to ordering the incorrect product or change of mind, the following applies:

  • A 10% handling fee will be charged.

  • We will arrange the return shipping, and the cost of this shipping will be deducted from the refund.

  • Customers must ensure the product is properly packaged and suitable for return shipping.

If free shipping was applied to the original order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product:

  • We will arrange the return shipping, and the cost will be included on a new invoice for the replacement order.

  • Any price difference, handling fee, and shipping charges will be reflected on the new invoice.

  • The shipping cost for sending the replacement product to you will also be charged.

Replacement products will be dispatched once the invoice has been paid.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer a 6-month warranty on defective items, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

If the repair or replacement process takes longer than 21 days, we will contact you to offer a credit or refund.

The following will not be regarded as defects:

  • Faults resulting from normal wear and tear

  • Damage arising from negligence, misuse, or incorrect usage

  • Damage arising from electrical surges or environmental corrosion

  • Damage resulting from failure to adequately care for the product

  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or alterations

  • Where the product specifications were accurately described, but the product does not suit the customer's intended use


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Please contact us if you have questions about whether your item qualifies for return.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Handling fees and shipping deductions will be applied where applicable.
