The DDCS V3.1 Digital Dream CNC Controller is a standalone motion control system, available in a 3-axis or 4-axis version. It operates completely offline, requiring no computer connection, and delivers fast, precise, and stable motion control — ideal for CNC routers, engravers, and milling machines.
Powered by an ARM9 main control chip and FPGA core algorithm, the DDCS V3.1 offers smooth performance, high processing speed, and excellent reliability. It supports up to 500kHz pulse output per axis, allowing compatibility with a wide range of stepper and servo drivers.
The controller features a 4.3-inch TFT display (480p × 272p) and 17 responsive control keys for easy operation and setup. It includes 16 opto-isolated digital inputs and 3 opto-isolated digital outputs, along with 0–10V analog spindle speed control (modifiable for PWM output).
