Brick3D CNC machine series features linear rails and ball screws on all axes with dual drive ball screws on the y axis, resulting in an extremely rigid and accurate machine capable of machining challenging materials with ease.
The Alu-Line is a ready to run Brick3D CNC preconfigured for machining non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, wood, plastic and other heavy duty CNC router machining operations.

The UCCNC software with a license key is included. The software is easy to use and capable. A computer or tablet (not included) is needed to run the software.
All critical surfaces of the machine have been CNC machined to tight tolerances.
This ensures that the linear rails are mounted to a flat surface, this is important for several reasons:
- Ensures accurate movement of the machine axis.
- Greatly improves service life of linear bearings and ball screws.
- Ensures smooth motion along entire axis.
- Proper ball screw alignment.
The Brick3D comes in 4 different sizes: small, medium, large and extra large.
