Pro Series 3020 CNC Router

The Pro Series 3020 CNC Router is a large-format mid-range CNC machining solution designed for workshops, businesses and manufacturers requiring significantly greater working capacity while retaining the accuracy and component quality of the Pro Series. Built with HGR20 linear guide rails paired with HGW20CC bearing blocks on all axes, precision ball screw drive systems and a 2.2kW water-cooled spindle, the Pro Series 3020 provides a capable platform for routing, cutting, engraving and larger CNC machining applications.

As part of CNC Online’s Pro Series, the 3020 sits between our entry-level CNC machines and our top-of-the-range Elite Series, offering a balance of professional-grade components, performance and value. Its large 1940mm × 3000mm bed provides ample capacity for full-size sheets and larger workpieces, while 3Nm Nema 23 closed-loop motors with integrated drivers on all axes provide accurate and responsive motion control.

The Y axis is driven by an SFE2020 ball screw, while the X axis uses an SFE1616 ball screw and the Z axis an SFU1605 ball screw. Machine operation is handled by the DDCS V4.1 3-Axis Offline CNC Controller, allowing the router to operate independently without requiring a dedicated computer during machining. Adjustable mounting feet allow the machine to be properly levelled during installation for improved stability and consistent machining performance.
