The Mist Coolant Spray System directs a fine coolant mist onto the cutting tool, helping to reduce heat buildup, improve surface finish, and extend tool life when machining non-ferrous metals, aluminum, plastics, and other heat-sensitive materials.
The system connects to your air compressor via an 8mm OD air hose, while the coolant pickup tube is placed in a separate reservoir. Both air pressure and coolant flow rate can be easily adjusted on the unit to suit different materials and cutting conditions.
